It will benefit St. Luke’s Clinic, A.D.A.M. – Another Day Another Memory, the Kiwanis Club of Jackson Project Fund in support of youth programs, the Jackson Community Foundation’s Youth Advisory Committee and the Rotary Foundation of Jackson County.
The A.D.A.M. organization supports grieving parents over the loss of a child, and children over the loss of a loved one. Learn more at its website or call (517) 768-8941.
The JCF Youth Advisory Committee (or YAC) is a youth-focused and youth-administered committee within the Jackson Community Foundation (JCF). Its purpose is to address the needs of youth in Jackson County by awarding grants to community organizations that benefit youth. At the same time, it provides the students involved in the program an opportunity to volunteer their time and talents to better their community while developing philanthropic leadership skills and valuable experience. This experience will carry over into their adult lives and strengthen philanthropy in our communities.

Kiwanis Club of Jackson - Project Fund
Founded in 1918, the Kiwanis Club of Jackson has a long history of helping children and our community and of having fun. Made up of approximately 80 members -young and old, retired and working, men and women, we share the same passion for volunteering our time and talents to strengthen our community, one child and one project at a time.

We donate shoes, boots and dictionaries to local children, read to them, ring the bell for the Salvation Army, sponsor a Key Club and Aktion Club, serve meals at a local shelter, host a Halloween party, sponsor reduced admission kids movies, award college scholarships and so much more. We raise money through a variety of fund raisers, including displaying more than 1,000 flags in our neighborhoods, showing seven travel and adventure films and playing golf in the snow.

We also have a foundation, made up of members, that receives and administers funds for charitable purposes.

Our club meets weekly on Fridays at noon for lunch at the Cascades Manor House, 1970 Kibby Road in Jackson. Lunch is followed by a program. Please join us!
